Job summary

NBCUniversal's Telemundo Enterprises and Latin America HR team seeks an HR Coordinator to support executive-level initiatives and daily HR operations in a hybrid Miami setting.

You will interface with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations, manage calendars, travel, expenses, and SAP transactions, and help drive confidential programs across the LATAM region.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in HR or admin.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and coordination support to SVP HR – Telemundo Enterprises and Latin America.
• Drive strategic HR initiatives across the Telemundo Enterprises, LATAM and NBCUniversal TV/Streaming portfolio.
• Schedule and set up logistics for meetings, maintain distribution lists and org charts.
• Learn and leverage SAP HR transactions including onboarding/off-boarding, reporting, and data validation.
• Answer employee questions about Payroll, Benefits, Work/Life, Perks, PTO and company policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
• Handle special projects and synthesize data into cohesive stories.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding business matters.
