Advanced Personnel Resources (APR) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in North Carolina for a confidential opportunity. This entry-to-mid level HR role offers daily onboarding, records maintenance, and support across HR activities, with a focus on discretion and professional communication.

The position is a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Triad area, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at $23.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Onboarding, changes, and offboarding experience.
• Experience preparing new-hire paperwork and coordinating orientation.
• Maintaining electronic and personnel records accurately.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-service mindset.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and standard HR processes.
• Experience with HR reporting, compliance, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities
• Prepare new-hire paperwork and assist orientation coordination
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR data in systems
• Enter and update employee information in HRIS
• Assist with I-9 documentation and related records
• Respond to routine HR questions and requests
• Track HR forms and action items
• Support HR reporting, compliance documentation, and audits
• Assist HR projects, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting and other departments
