Responsibilities

• Facilitate HR processes for hourly associates, including orientation and benefits.
• Maintain associate databases and timekeeping records.
• Update weekly HR metrics and performance reports.
• Support hourly recruiting and pre-employment screening.
• Coordinate facility and associate events.
• Provide admin support to facility management as needed.
• Ensure policy compliance and posting requirements.
