Job summary

Maker's Pride seeks a hands-on HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations at our 24/7 manufacturing facility. This entry-level role handles onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS maintenance, and employee records under supervision.

Responsibilities include answering HR questions, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with employee relations and engagement activities. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (HR/Business Admin or related) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in HR or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for new hires and retention efforts.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Assist payroll, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and reporting.
• Support employee relations and investigations as needed.
• Provide general HR team administrative support and participate in projects.
