Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support our Flower Mound and Mountain Creek distribution centers. You will coordinate onboarding, HR processes, and payroll-related tasks while helping deliver a positive employee experience.

This role involves facilitating new hire orientations, handling HR inquiries, and supporting internal communications to capture and share culture. Weekend coverage includes Mon-Wed 10AM-7PM and Sat-Sun 10AM-7PM.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR or related experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire activities.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping adjustments.
• Answer HR questions and assist with policy interpretation.
• Assist with scheduling and internal communications to reinforce culture.
