Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, public administration, education, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience; preferred 3–5 years in HR roles.
• Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and records with confidentiality.
• Experience with HR systems such as TalentEd, SISFIN, and TimeClock Plus.
