Position Summary

The HR Coordinator supports the HR department with administrative and operational tasks, primarily in Talent Acquisition. The role ensures smooth HR processes and maintains employee records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication skills.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job boards and social media
  • Conduct applicant screenings
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
  • Coordinate background checks
  • Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions for new hires
  • Maintain and update job folders, employee files, and databases
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding documentation
  • Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for recruiting inquiries
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes
  • Support the HR team in various functions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-2+ years of relevant HR or administrative experience required
  • Must be organized, able to prioritize, and resourceful
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills
  • Professional attitude and customer service focus
  • Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills in English
