Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, South Carolina, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, accounts payable, and employee engagement. The role focuses on creating a positive employee experience from hire to retention.

This full-time position requires detail-oriented, people-focused individuals who can manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a dynamic team in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Prior HR experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred).
• Experience with payroll processing (Workday preferred).
• Experience with accounts payable management preferred.
• Strong recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Passion for creating a great employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage and execute new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Support payroll functions (Workday experience preferred).
• Assist with accounts payable and invoice filing.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Maintain PBJ reporting - experience with PBJ preferred.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires.
