Job description

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Create and manage personnel files for consultants and employees. Send out reminder e-mails, texts and calls to candidates with urgent items.
  • Coordinate interviews with clients.
  • Submit resumes in client portals.
  • Ensure compliance of personnel files with Company and Client requirements and standards.
  • Assess credentials for deficiencies to standards and communicates all issues to Management.
  • Contact professionals to update missing/expiring credentials and requirements according to established target dates.
  • Work with finance and internal systems for accurate and current record-keeping of all personnel files.
  • Process background checks, drug screens, and verification of professional licenses, credentials and education.
  • Work with Clients to fulfill requests for personnel information and client audits
  • Communicate directly with internal and external staff to ensure all requirements are completed accurately and timely. Provides excellent customer service to all parties.
  • Process reactivations and rehires. Facilitate completion of all required items and pushing these to work.
  • Front desk duties which include getting a schedule from candidates asking for referrals, addressing concerns and customer service.
  • Maintain professional but cheerful and friendly demeanor.
  • The Compliance Coordinator reports directly to the Resource Manager and must be able to foster a strong team environment.
  • Covers staffing daily.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
  • Experience in a customer service or staffing setting.
  • Strong with Excel, Excel macros, google suite of office products
  • Passion for providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Must be detail-oriented, conscientious, and very well organized
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload, multi-task using effective time management skills.
  • Strong believer in documentation and details.
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Must be available to work schedule as assigned.
  • Must be available to work beyond the normal hours in the workweek and weekends should management request or require time to meet business needs.
