Here’s what you’ll do:
- Create and manage personnel files for consultants and employees. Send out reminder e-mails, texts and calls to candidates with urgent items.
- Coordinate interviews with clients.
- Submit resumes in client portals.
- Ensure compliance of personnel files with Company and Client requirements and standards.
- Assess credentials for deficiencies to standards and communicates all issues to Management.
- Contact professionals to update missing/expiring credentials and requirements according to established target dates.
- Work with finance and internal systems for accurate and current record-keeping of all personnel files.
- Process background checks, drug screens, and verification of professional licenses, credentials and education.
- Work with Clients to fulfill requests for personnel information and client audits
- Communicate directly with internal and external staff to ensure all requirements are completed accurately and timely. Provides excellent customer service to all parties.
- Process reactivations and rehires. Facilitate completion of all required items and pushing these to work.
- Front desk duties which include getting a schedule from candidates asking for referrals, addressing concerns and customer service.
- Maintain professional but cheerful and friendly demeanor.
- The Compliance Coordinator reports directly to the Resource Manager and must be able to foster a strong team environment.
- Covers staffing daily.
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience in a customer service or staffing setting.
- Strong with Excel, Excel macros, google suite of office products
- Passion for providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Must be detail-oriented, conscientious, and very well organized
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload, multi-task using effective time management skills.
- Strong believer in documentation and details.
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Must be available to work schedule as assigned.
- Must be available to work beyond the normal hours in the workweek and weekends should management request or require time to meet business needs.
