Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the recruitment and hiring process
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Gathering and analyzing HR data and preparing reports and presentations for HR management
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices

What it Takes

  • Knowledge of HR processes and policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Any HR Certification will be a plus
