If you enjoy high-volume, fast-paced environments and understand the unique dynamics of supporting large hourly workforces, this role is for you.You will play a pivotal role in day-to-day HR operations, ranging from high-volume interviewing and onboarding to employee relations and timecard auditing.This full-time role is based on-site at our Columbus, OH headquarters and requires reliable local transportation for occasional travel to nearby facilities. Remote work is not available. ****Position Responsibilities***** Perform accurate data entry for various HRIS databases and spreadsheets, including Workday, Google Sheets, etc to maintain confidential employee files and records* Maintain department email and voicemail inboxes, and direct inquiries as needed* Interact in-person, by phone, or by email with team members throughout the business to answer questions on any number of HR topics. Expect a lot of face time with team members* Maintain a thorough knowledge of Rogue’s HR policies and procedures* Conduct time and attendance transactions and data audits to accurately track and report absenteeism, Point System outcomes, and other metrics* Help conduct group interviews* Support onboarding and offboarding; create new hire badges, prepare documentation, I-9 Verifications/e-Verify, etc* Be available for occasional on-call duties and to support business HR needs outside of standard 1st shift hours when needed**Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required.
