We build it in-house, at scale, in Columbus, Ohio. We are hiring a **Manager of Global Sourcing & Supplier Strategy** to own the strategy and execution behind where Rogue sources every product component, globally - identifying suppliers, building cost models to drive negotiation, and launching first production. This is not a transactional buying role. You will be the person who decides where a new product's supply chain *should* live, builds the commercial case for it, and negotiates the terms. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and commercial strategy. It pairs technical fluency (engineering) with commercial and analytical training (MBA), and spans both domestic and international supplier markets. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Procurement, and report directly to the Director of Financial Engineering.This role is onsite at the Rogue campus in Columbus, OH. Remote work is not available.
