Job summary

Rogue Fitness, the Columbus-based leader in strength equipment, seeks a Manager, Business Insights to guide analytics across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You’ll own the analytics roadmap and translate priorities into actionable work shaping pricing, logistics, inventory, and growth strategy for leadership.

You’ll manage and develop a team of analysts, set data quality standards, and act as the primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business degree preferred and strong executive-facing communication.
• Proven ability to present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with BigQuery experience preferred; ability to optimize complex queries.
• Strong skills in R or Python for modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics roadmap across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Own KPI definitions, data quality, and reporting architecture as single source of truth.
• Conduct end-to-end analyses across shipping, pricing, inventory, HR, and sales performance.
• Own QBR materials and present business cases to senior leadership.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and partner with Dev teams to improve pipelines.

Job Description:Rogue Fitness is the leading manufacturer of strength and conditioning equipment in the world - barbells, power racks, sleds, and the equipment behind the CrossFit Games, Xenom Decathlon of Fitness, the Arnold Strongman Classic, and more. We build it in-house, at scale, in Columbus, Ohio.We are hiring a Manager, Business Insights to lead the team responsible for how Rogue makes its biggest commercial decisions. You'll own the analytics roadmap across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, translating business priorities into the team's work and turning that work into recommendations that shape pricing, logistics, inventory, and growth strategy at the leadership level. You'll manage and develop a team of analysts, set the standard for how the function operates, and act as the primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders across the business.This is not a hands-off role. This role requires getting in the weeds with the team to tackle the hardest problems through a data lens. You’ll need fluency in SQL, R/Python, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modelling to dig into complex problems and review the team’s work.This is a full-time, on-site position at our Columbus, OH facility.
