LaSalle Network is partnering with an organization in downtown Chicago seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team. The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the onboarding process and supporting various HR functions to ensure a smooth employee experience.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the entire onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy and record-keeping standards.
  3. Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
  4. Support benefits administration by answering employee questions regarding enrollment, changes, and claims, and assisting with open enrollment processes.
  5. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents, and assisting with HR projects as needed.
  6. Coordinate and participate in new hire orientation and training sessions to help employees understand company policies and culture.
HR Coordinator Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to a positive employee experience.
