Job Description
Epsilon is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the HRC Team working out of our Irving, Texas office. As an HR Coordinator, you will support your HRBPs and assist Epsilon employees and managers. You will report to the Manager, HR, and collaborate with teammates, employees, and the HR organization. Your responsibilities include facilitating New Hire Orientation (virtual and in-person), presenting to new hire Executives, and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle at Epsilon.
This role will enhance your skills in organization, communication, and project management. You will work with HR Leaders and HR Business Partners, respond to employee inquiries, shadow HRBP leaders, maintain personnel records, utilize HRIS reporting tools, coach employees on problem resolution, and facilitate internal events and programs.
