Ultipro in Cedar Rapids is hiring an HR Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting, onboarding, and candidate experience. The role evolves to broader HR responsibilities as the site grows.
You will work closely with the HR team and hiring leaders to staff the facility, manage onboarding, and maintain compliant HR records while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

This HR Coordinator role is a unique opportunity to help build the team that will fuel the success of the Cedar Rapids facility. During our growth phase, the primary focus of this position will be supporting high-volume recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources team and hiring leaders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping the organization achieve our staffing goals.
As the facility continues to grow and operationalize, the role will evolve to provide broader support across Human Resources, including leave administration, employee relations, benefits support, employee engagement, and other HR programs that contribute to a positive workplace culture.

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. Associates or better in Human Resources or related field.
Bachelors or better in Human Resources or related field.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
Ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and leaders at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Experience coordinating schedules, events, or administrative processes
Experience in recruiting, human resources or a related field
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment
Experience with UKG Recruiting, UKG HRIS, or other applicant tracking systems
Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or onboarding activities
