Job summary

Boly:Welch in Beaverton, OR is seeking an HR Coordinator to own the recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to posting jobs and scheduling interviews.

You will handle onboarding, pre-employment processing, payroll backup, and benefits inquiries while building strong interpersonal relationships and high emotional intelligence to support a disability-focused Portland metro organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR Assistant or HR Coordinator experience.
• Experience with onboarding and recruitment.
• Proficiency with BambooHR.

Responsibilities

• Owns the recruitment lifecycle: finalize job descriptions, post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.

Your New Role

Reporting to the HR Consultant, you’ll have full ownership of the organization’s recruitment lifecycle. This will include finalizing job descriptions, posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. You’ll manage the pre-employment process, including eligibility documentation. Additionally, you’ll facilitate onboarding, back-up payroll, and you’ll be the point of contact for questions regarding employee benefits.

The team is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication.

This position is fully on-site.
