IDR is seeking an HR Contingent Worker Specialist to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of contingent workers, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and vendor coordination within a dynamic organization in the human resources industry.

The position requires 2+ years in HR-related fields, strong data handling skills, and proven collaboration across departments.

• Two plus (2+) years of experience in Human Resources, Workforce Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing data-driven processes and sensitive information.
