We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consulting Account Manager to lead a remote team of HR Generalist Consultants. The HR Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing daily HR support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery:
Oversee the daily HR support provided to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR issues.
Assign additional resources as necessary to ensure clients receive the level of service they signed up for.
Remain close enough to current and historic client deliverables to ensure accurate service renewals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and providing tailored solutions.
Oversee the client onboarding process to include scheduling and running a new client kick-off meeting.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of HR Generalist Consultants, ensuring they deliver consistent and effective HR support.
Act as the first level of escalation regarding client HR and personnel issues.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
Work closely with HR Generalist Consultants to identify additional services that could be provided to clients.
Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HR Generalist Consultants, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities, client satisfaction, and team performance.
Compliance:
Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Software Utilization:
Utilize ADP software for payroll, benefits administration, and HR management tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting or HR management.
Proven experience in managing a team and client relationships.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in ADP software and other HR tools.
