Job summary

SevenStar HR is seeking experienced HR consultants to join a pool of professionals for client work on a part-time basis. You will decide your engagement days and types of clients to consult with, meeting our goal of work-life balance while delivering high-quality HR guidance.

Projects vary and may include HR compliance, employee relations, policies and procedures, and compensation advice. Candidates should demonstrate independent project management, strong attention to detail, and excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience across consulting or in-house roles.
• Ability to manage multiple HR projects independently.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Consult on HR compliance and policy development for clients.
