Job summary

SevenStar HR is exploring part-time HR consulting opportunities in Dallas, TX. You will decide which client projects to take on and how many days to contribute, with flexibility to align with your own practice and client base.

Projects may include HR compliance, employee issues, policies and procedures, and compensation. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in HR, strong PM and time management, and the ability to advise on employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet client needs.
• Strong project/time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise on HR compliance and employment law as needed.
• Address employee relations and issues for clients.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Assist with compensation-related guidance and planning.
