The Mosaic Company in Tampa, FL is seeking an HR Connect Systems Analyst to manage advanced Workday transactions, provide HR reporting, and serve as a key escalation point for HR Connect. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve HRIS issues, manage supervisory org changes, and support global HR operations while maintaining strict confidentiality of information.

• Extensive experience with HRIS systems and ServiceNow/Workday
• General knowledge of HR, benefits, payroll, talent management and leave administration

• Provide leader-requested data for analytics and audits
• Provide basic analyses and improvement recommendations
• Backup for incoming calls and ticket creation
• Transfer tickets to appropriate HR service for processing

The HR Connect Systems Analyst will perform advanced transactions in the Workday system, serve as the EBS HR point of contact for reporting and act as an escalation point within HR Connect.

What will you do:

Collaborate efficiently and effectively with team members across functional areas, seeking input and assistance as needed.

The role requires sharing relevant information to ensure transparent knowledge transfer and enhance the overall capability of the HR functional team, while maintaining confidentiality in all transactions.

May also provide backup for incoming calls, responding to voicemails, and converting calls and questions into tickets for closure or further vetting.

This also involves managing incoming tickets in the HRC Queue and transferring them to the appropriate HR service for immediate processing.

Coordinates with other EBS HR departments, COE team members and/or HRBPs as needed to research and resolve more complex issues.

Ensures global alignment when changes are proposed or made in one region or the other (NA/SA) where applicable.

Provides internal audit checks on transactions as requested by the HR Connect Leader and looks for cause/effect relationships to improve the processes.

Evaluates and provides leader requested data regarding performance analytics for the HR systems (service now tickets, WD transactions, etc..).

Provides basic analysis and makes recommendations for improvements.

What will you need:

• High school/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or human resources preferred.
• 5 or more years of HR/payroll administrative or supporting role experience/Customer service experience Extensive experience with HRIS systems and Request systems (preferably Workday and Service Now)
• General knowledge of human resources, benefits administration, payroll, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and/or leave administration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Basic conflict resolution skills for handling employee situations
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Strong human relations and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment
• Detail-Oriented
• Strong customer service skills, including meeting quality standards for services
• Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization across Mosaic
