Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) seeks an HR Compliance Operations Manager to lead the operational infrastructure for compliance, benefits, payroll, and immigration. Reporting to the HR Director, you will translate strategic objectives into standardized processes, reliable reporting, and measurable results, while maintaining audit readiness.

This onsite leadership role requires deep HR compliance, payroll controls, and benefits expertise.

Competenze

• Experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance administration, benefits, payroll, and audits.
• Proven ability to coordinate audits and implement corrective actions.

Mansioni

• Translate HR Director objectives into actionable plans with milestones.
• Develop and maintain compliance SOPs, forms, checklists, and reporting.
• Track leave, injuries, workers’ comp, benefits events, immigration matters, deadlines, actions, and case closure.
• Oversee audits, assess findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead payroll, benefits administration and immigration processes.
• Coach and develop team; ensure consistent service and execution.
