The candidate will assist with creating affirmative action plans and maintaining our recruiting platforms, contributing to compliant, efficient hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pursuing or have education related to HR, Business, Communications or administrative/customer service experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Screening applications and conducting phone interviews with candidates in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
• Posting company-wide job openings on internal and public websites.
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system and performing data entry.
• Assisting hiring managers company-wide.
• Monitoring and evaluating compliance with state and federal laws.
• Assisting with developing required affirmative action plans.
• Maintaining careers platforms to improve recruiting activities.
