Job summary

Fastenal Co. seeks energetic, team-oriented individuals for a full-time Shipping role at our Winona, MN distribution center. You will organize outgoing orders, load products by hand or forklift, and help move items through the center.

The job requires 18+ and basic computer skills, plus strong math, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. A flexible schedule, safety training, and potential for a bonus/commission are noted.

OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Shipping, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our distribution center. You will be responsible for organizing all outgoing orders, loading product into trucks by hand, pallet jack, or by forklift. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product
• Inspecting product for damage and documenting discrepancies
• Sorting product into correct locations
• Stacking product efficiently

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this position is $40,000 - 43,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
