Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to oversee the Drug & Alcohol Program, PRD records, and background checks in a busy airline environment. This role ensures FAA/DOT compliance and coordinates with management on testing and regulatory issues.

Based in Denver, you will support recruiting efforts, badge administration, and HR policy interpretation while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in human resources, auditing, or legal.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or Psychology preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Administrative or management experience with Compliance, Drug & Alcohol or HR programs preferred.
• Prior airline experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Drug & Alcohol Program for Frontier Airlines per FAA/DOT guidelines.
• Track and process employee drug and alcohol tests; manage random testing and reasonable suspicion procedures.
• Oversee Pilot Records Database (PRD) and PRD regulatory compliance; act as SME for related programs.
• Prepare for and conduct internal program audits and DOT audits; track violations and generate reports.
• Support recruiting processes, background checks and SIDA badging for new/current employees.
