Qualifications

• One year of experience in HR or related position.
• Possess a valid state issued license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and provide verification.
• Able to pass required Background Checks.
• Able to complete and maintain all training requirements per agency policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisors and employees to ensure legal compliance.
• Oversee personnel file management and leave processes.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and conduct regular reviews.
• Assess workplace safety as it relates to personnel.
• Support managers with progressive disciplinary actions and documentation.
• Facilitate termination processes with supervisors and departments.
• Respond to requests for verification of employment.
• Support HRIS data entry and payroll changes as needed.
