Job summary

Taos Ski Valley, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Compliance professional to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and to drive policy updates and training. You will review processes, conduct audits, and support HR governance across the organization.

You will also manage HRIS document governance, training tracking, benefits support, and safety/compliance initiatives, collaborating with HR leaders and managers to sustain best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on compliance.
• Experience interpreting and translating policies into practical processes.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulatory changes; update policies accordingly.
• Conduct regular compliance audits of hiring, onboarding, and personnel files.
• Partner with HR leadership to implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
