Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership experience in HR Compliance, HR Operations, or related disciplines.
• Strong ability to transform operating models, governance, and outsourcing strategies.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. HR compliance, ERISA, I-9, and audits.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America-wide HR compliance governance across the U.S. and Canada with accountable execution.
• Design future-state operating models blending internal experts, AI, shared services, and vendors.
• Improve service quality with clear SLAs, intake standards, and governance routines.
• Oversee audit readiness, regulatory interactions, and global privacy and risk controls.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and HR Ops to align ownership.
