OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an organized HR Assistant to support compliance, documentation, and follow-through for employee leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, and workers’ compensation cases.

You will collaborate with the Director of HR Risk Management and the HR team to ensure timely progression, complete documentation, and data integrity across systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and adept at coordinating with multiple stakeholders to drive cases forward.

Qualifications

• This role supports compliance and documentation for leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation cases.

Responsibilities

• Track leave documentation (FMLA, state leaves) to ensure timely completion and compliance.
• Monitor case progress and escalate as needed to keep cases moving.
