Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Leave of Absence (LOA) & Workers' Compensation (WC) Administrator to support employees with leave and injury claims. This role ensures compliant, timely administration, case intake, eligibility determinations, and vendor interactions while maintaining confidential data.

You will coordinate LOA and WC processes, advise HRBPs and managers, monitor return-to-work plans, and uphold audit-ready records with strong attention to detail and empathy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 5+ years in HR with LOA/WC focus.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers’ comp concepts.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify LOA eligibility with HRBP team and track benefits.
• Monitor leave timelines and coordinate with payroll.
• Advise employees and managers on leave status and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with leave laws and maintain audit-ready records.
• Process injury reports and coordinate with carrier.
• Coordinate return-to-work and light-duty arrangements.
• Maintain confidential case files and data integrity.
