Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an Implementation Consultant, HR Compliance to design, implement, and optimize HR programs that meet federal, state, and local requirements. You will guide clients through the implementation lifecycle, identify risk, and deliver scalable people practices aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop policy handbooks, recruitment and onboarding processes, and provide training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR, compliance, or HR consulting experience.
• Experience developing HR policies, handbooks, and onboarding processes.
• HR compliance advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess HR compliance needs and design tailored solutions.
• Design and implement core HR programs and tools, including handbooks, policies, and onboarding.
• Review policies for compliance gaps and propose improvements.
• Provide guidance on federal, state, and local employment law considerations.
• Develop action plans and support implementation of recommendations.
• Manage multiple client implementation projects with timelines.
