Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to coordinate sensitive legal requests, manage HR compliance data, and support investigations across our organization. This role combines policy management, data analytics, and process improvement to ensure timely, accurate handling of compliance matters.

You will work with HR, internal and external Legal counsel, and operations to produce data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, legal studies, data analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in HR, compliance, legal operations, or investigations.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow, NAVEX and data viz tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track subpoenas, litigation holds, EEOC claims, and agency requests with counsel.
• Maintain and improve the compliance-tracking dashboard for real-time status and metrics.
• Oversee secure document retention aligning with legal requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for compliance improvements.
