Job summary

ABM is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist/Analyst or HR Generalist- Legal Analyst to coordinate sensitive legal requests, manage HR compliance data, and support investigations. This role bridges HR, Legal counsel, and operations to ensure timely, accurate, and secure handling of compliance matters.

You will analyze data to produce insights that proactively reduce risk, improve policy management, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sensitive legal requests (e.g., subpoenas, agency requests).
• Knowledge of HR compliance data management and policy governance.
• Ability to produce data-driven insights to reduce risk.
