Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a skilled HR Compliance Specialist/Analyst or HR Generalist- Legal Analyst to ensure compliant handling of legal requests and HR data. The role requires technical acumen, strong analytical abilities, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, legal counsel, and operations.

You will coordinate subpoenas and agency requests, manage HR compliance data, and support investigations, driving process improvements and data-driven risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sensitive legal requests (subpoenas, agency inquiries) in HR.
• Strong data analytics and policy management skills.
• Ability to bridge HR, legal counsel, and operations.
