Qualifikationen

• 5+ years at HR Generalist/Partner/Manager level.
• At least 1 of the following HR certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP.
• If not certified, certification must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
• Multi-state HR experience a plus.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, and/or PEO environments a plus.

• Communicate directly with customers regarding HR inquiries, showing high professionalism and compassion.
• Independently manage and prioritize a high-volume queue of complex HR and compliance questions, offering clear guidance.
• Explain complicated compliance and HR concepts in simple terms.
• Balance customer-facing work with participation in team and departmental projects to improve processes.
• Create and update HR-related content for external and internal use.
• Serve as a team representative in presentations, trainings, and inter-department initiatives.
• Liaise with Compliance to uphold Justworks’ standards as a co-employer and determine escalation needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
