The Compensation Specialist I supports the day‑to‑day administration of compensation programs and position management processes while ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. This role is responsible for processing compensation‑related transactions, maintaining compensation and organizational data, and supporting incentive programs for both internal associates and the sales force. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting the organization’s compensation strategies.
This role is Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The role is onsite located in Columbus Ohio.
