Responsibilities include processing compensation transactions, maintaining data, and supporting incentive programs, with a focus on audits, communication materials, and training supporting compensation guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SHRM-CP certification or plan to achieve
• Ability to read/write simple figures and perform basic arithmetic
• 90-day orientation period successfully completed

Responsibilities

• Administers compensation-related processes for internal associates and the sales force
• Responds to inquiries from associates and sales team regarding compensation
• Ensures accurate processing of compensation and position adjustments with Payroll and HR teams
• Maintains knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
• Supports implementation of compensation process improvements
• Reviews compensation portions of the Company Handbook and Sales Policy Manual quarterly
