You will collaborate across Talent Acquisition, People Relations, Business Processes & Analytics, and Environmental Health & Safety to drive accurate reporting and strategic decision-making, enhancing the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in HR software and tools, including HRIS systems and advanced analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify HR trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Develop and implement HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and implement programs enhancing the employee experience.
• Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.
• Provide guidance and support to HR Analyst I and other HR team members.
• Assist in the design and delivery of HR training programs.
• Participate in HR policy development and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
