Bosch Rexroth is seeking a motivated HR Communications Co-op to join our Human Resources team in Fountain Inn, SC. The role supports internal communications and HR administration, helping engagement and the employee experience.

The ideal student is pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or business, with strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Canva/Adobe is a plus, and you will gain hands-on HR and corporate communications exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Canva or other design tools a plus (Adobe Suite).
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communications: support development and distribution of internal communications across channels (newsletters, digital screens, My Bosch app, emails).
• HR Administration & Employee Experience: support onboarding, badges, HR documents, rosters, and organize HR events.
