Job summary

Mubea in Florence, KY is seeking a Human Resources Co-op to gain hands-on experience in an international manufacturing environment. As an HR intern you will work directly with the HR team on daily administrative duties, employee engagement initiatives, job descriptions, and various projects.

You should be a BA/BS or MBA student with an HR focus or related major; you will develop professional communication skills, confidentiality, and problem-solving as you support general HR administrative

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MBA student preferred.
• HR major or related field preferred.
• High level of confidentiality and detail orientation.
• Personable, approachable and professional attitude.
• Strong and professional communication skills.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with systems; exposure to Excel and applicant tracking systems.
• General experience in business and technical projects.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and be an agile learner.
