Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA seeks a motivated HR Co‑Op to join the Talent, Learning, Culture & Organizational Development team at Johns Creek, GA. This part‑time, hybrid internship offers exposure to talent development, culture initiatives, and campus recruitment.

You will work closely with HR professionals to support programs, materials, and communications, gaining a broad understanding of HR practices in a global company.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing.
• Overall GPA 3.0 (on 4.0 scale) preferred.
• Major/minor in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours.
• Graduate students must have completed at least 9 credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Strategic Talent Development programs and related initiatives across regions.
• Support Culture & Engagement activities to enhance employee experience.
• Assist Academic Relations and Emerging Talent programs, campus recruiting and events.
• Help with Leadership Academy logistics and learning offerings.
