Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• 1-3 years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience or familiarity with HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients remotely and in-person, providing consultative HR guidance and resolution of issues.
• Advise on Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention, Compensation, Employee Engagement, and Culture enhancements.
• Assist PEO clients with EPLI insurance setup with internal partners.
• Lead open enrollment meetings and advise on benefit plan selections.
• Communicate HR policies and provide remedies for employee relations issues; escalate as needed.
• Provide turnover analysis and unemployment escalation assistance.
• Stay informed on HR trends and conduct training as resources allow.
• Promote high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.

Overview

Ensures overall client satisfaction with products and services. Works with a small client demographic or less complex client base to assist with HR needs. Maintains ongoing relationships with client contacts and is the primary point of contact for HR service. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure quality customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Services clients remotely and in-person and provides consultative guidance to ensure appropriate resolution of client issues. Partner with internal departments/subject matter experts to deliver actionable responses or plans to client concerns.
• Provides consultative guidance and advice to clients in Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention Strategies, Compensation, Performance Development, Employee Engagement, and Culture Enhancement.
• May support PEO clients with the set-up of EPLI insurance with the assistance of other internal business partners.
• May conduct open enrollment meetings for PEO clients, advising on benefit plan selection and contribution strategies.
• Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures while providing remedies for employee relations issues. Seeks appropriate guidance and support from HR Coach as applicable.
• Provides turnover analysis action planning and offers unemployment escalation assistance.
• Maintains an awareness of HR trends and conducts training based on available resources.
• Promotes high-quality customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Consideration may be given to a candidate with experience in lieu of a degree.
