Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH seeks an experienced HR professional to manage client relationships and deliver HR services. You will consult on performance, recruitment, compensation, engagement, and culture across mid-size clients, guiding teams remotely and in person.

Work with internal experts, support EPLI setups, lead enrollment meetings, and mentor junior HR staff while staying current on HR trends. The role emphasizes strong client service, collaboration, and strategic HR thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong writing and relationship-building skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients remotely and in person, offering consultative HR guidance.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver actionable responses to client concerns.
• Advise on Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention, Compensation, and Engagement.
• Support PEO clients with EPLI insurance setup.
• Lead open enrollment meetings for PEO clients and advise on plan choices.
• Explain HR policies and advise on employee relations issues.
• Provide turnover analysis and unemployment escalation support.
• Keep abreast of HR trends and deliver training.
• Mentor HR Coordinators and Associate Client HR Business Partners.
• Conduct annual HR Strategy Sessions for each client.

Overview

Ensures overall client satisfaction with products and services. Assists mid-size or more complex clients with their HR needs. Maintains ongoing relationships with client contacts and is the primary point of contact for HR services. Works collaboratively with internal partners to ensure quality customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Services clients remotely and in person in one or more states and provides consultative guidance to resolve client issues appropriately. Partners and collaborates with internal departments and subject matter experts in delivering actionable responses or plans to clients’ concerns.
• Provides Consultative Guidance and advice to clients in Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention Strategies, Compensation, Performance Development, Employee Engagement, and Culture Enhancement.
• May support PEO clients with the set-up of EPLI insurance with the assistance of other internal business partners.
• May conduct open enrollment meetings for PEO clients, advising on benefit plan selection and contribution strategies.
• Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures while providing recommendations for any employee relations issues that may arise through the HR Coach.
• Provides turnover analysis action planning and offers unemployment escalation assistance.
• Maintains an awareness of HR trends and conducts training based on available resources.
• May act as a mentor for HR Coordinators and Associate Client HR Business Partners.
• Conducts annual HR Strategy Sessions for each client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Consideration may be given to a candidate with experience in lieu of a degree.
