The Systems Group in El Dorado, AR is seeking an energetic HR Clerk to support day-to-day HR requests and contribute to broader workforce strategy across the nation.

You will handle I-9 verifications, HRIS data entry, file management, and general clerical tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and attention to detail, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• 1-year clerical experience required.
• Previous HR-related experience preferred.
• Previous work experience or college coursework in Human Resources is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs customer service functions by answering employee HR requests and questions.
• Verifies I-9 documentation and filing, set up New Hires in HRIS (enters pay, advances, location, and other employee information)
• Updates HR database with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
• Ensures papers and documents are filed in appropriate employee personnel files, maintains personnel file in compliance with established company policy and prepares new employee files.
• Processes personnel forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
