Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in workplace investigations, employee relations, compliance, legal, or HR-related work.
• Experience interviewing employees and assessing conflicting information.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, consistency, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations from intake through resolution.
• Interview complainants, witnesses, and accused individuals.
• Gather and assess evidence including documentation, policies, and employment records.
• Develop findings and recommendations supported by documented evidence.
• Case management & documentation: maintain accurate investigation records and summaries.
• Provide consultation regarding investigation strategy and risk mitigation.
