Job summary

MFS International Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an HR professional to support Sr. HRBP and HRBP teams in implementing talent strategies for various business units.

You will prepare materials, analyze data, and collaborate with HR COE on systems and processes across the enterprise. You will assist in performance management and employee relations, while promoting inclusive behavior and clear communication across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 0-2+ years HR experience.
• Operational experience in HR providing service to employees and managers.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Independent problem solver who presents solutions and takes initiative.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with data, through Microsoft & HR systems
