Job summary

MFS Investment Management is seeking an HR Support professional to assist Sr HRBPs and business leaders in implementing talent strategies. You will partner across HR COE and business units to design and deliver HR solutions while maintaining HR systems and processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 0-2+ years HR experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working with data in Microsoft HR systems. This hybrid role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

THE ROLE

Acting as support to the HRBP's, partners with assigned client groups and to Business unit leaders. Contributes to business outcomes by effectively supporting the implementation of talent strategies. Base Salary Range: $62,500.00 - $90,000.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation forwhat we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensationbased on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:

• MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
