Job summary

MFS Investment Management is seeking an HR Support professional to assist Sr HRBPs and business leaders in implementing talent strategies. You will partner across HR COE and business units to design and deliver HR solutions while maintaining HR systems and processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 0-2+ years HR experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working with data in Microsoft HR systems. This hybrid role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 0-2+ years HR experience.
• Operational HR experience providing service to employees and managers.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Independent problem solver who presents solutions and takes initiative.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with data through Microsoft HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Sr HRBP & HRBP team in implementation of talent strategies.
• Produces required materials and data to team, anticipates requirements.
• Partners with HRBP team to assist in design & implementation of HR solutions across enterprise, and or assigned business units.
• Collaborates with HR COE teams to maintain and enhance HR systems, processes and materials.
• Has awareness of business unit strategy & objectives.
• Articulates HR policy and process to business unit managers, supports business understanding and application. Generates ideas to enhance and improve HR solutions to meet business unit needs.
• Supports business unit managers through routine performance management, and employee relations requirements.
• Demonstrates inclusive behaviour, seeks out diverse perspectives and contributes to an environment of open communication.
