Qualifications

Responsibilities

Partner with the HR Director to execute HR strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
Lead Engineering Leadership Development initiatives and scalable leadership framework.
Drive end-to-end talent management including recruitment and succession planning.
Support international employee relations, including expat assignments.
Coach managers on performance, accountability, and team effectiveness.
Leverage workforce data to inform recommendations and decisions.
